She has been married to a custom homebuilder for the last 20 years, which has given her a keen understanding of the craftsmanship, quality, and potential of every home. As a Certified Luxury Home Specialist, Jill is skilled in handling all types of real estate but has special expertise in the exclusive, upper-tier market. She also specializes in the fast-growing Bed and Breakfast industry. She runs her own guest house and knows what buyers should look for if wanting to add a property with income-earning potential to their portfolio.
